The FdA Early Years (0-8 years), Flexible and Distributed Learning pathway is suitable for practitioners who already hold a Level 3 and are looking to develop their leadership skills and\/or progress in their careers. This is a great stepping stone to gaining a full degree as it will enable practitioners to study a Top up degree afterwards. This could lead onto teacher training or postgraduate studies <\/a>in social work, education and child and mental health, to name a few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Flexible and Distributed Learning pathway offers practitioners the flexibility to study alongside their employment in a setting. The online study is organised by the student to fit in with their day-to-day responsibilities and the face to face teaching takes place on a Saturday. Evening appointments for tutorials and module support are offered to cater for our employed students too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
