One of our keynote speakers at the DCF conference, Elena Lengthorn, reflects on the day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMy enormous thanks to Olivia and her super DCF colleagues for creating such a welcoming space, and devoting time, to explore the difficult issues surrounding our climate and ecological crisis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was powerful to reconnect with our shared first virtue of care for young people and the realisation that the climate and ecological emergency pose an existential, intergenerational, threat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A great conference, from the practical ideas and activities, to the inspirational ideas that emerged from the creative attendees! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My hope is that the conference space for connection and reflection will prompt participants to move into hopeful, urgent, practical, action. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was delighted to see the butterfly \u2018string of hope\u2019 going up on display yesterday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
